ACCOUNT LOGIN RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Select "Account Login" under "Tickets" Menu
  2. Enter Email and account Password 
    1. To change Password, follow these steps
      1. Select "FORGOT PASSWORD"
      2. Enter your email address and click "ENTER"
        • An email with your new temporary password will be sent to your address
      3. Enter email address and the temporary password that was provided into the ticket port login page. 
    2. If you wish to create a new password, you can do so by clicking "MY ACCOUNT" in the navigation bar in the Customer Portal 
  3. Once logged in, click "MY ORDERS AND PAYMENTS" in the navigation bar in the Customer Portal 
  4. Confirm that the number of seats and seat locations for your 2018 Citi Open renewal ticket packages on your account are the same that you purchased in 2017
  5. Select "PAY THIS ORDER"
  6. Choose between "MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT" or "50/50 PAYMENT PLAY"*
  7. Confirm existing payment information on file or provide new payment information for 2018**
  8. Process Payment and review Payment Confirmation


*By selecting the "50/50 PAYMENT PLAN" option, buyers agree to pay the first half of their 2018 Citi Open Ticket Package payment before the deadline of March 16, 2018 at 11:59PM. The remaining balance will also be scheduled for auto-payment to be processed on June 1, 2018.

**PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying with a Citi Card, don't forget to contact the Citi Open Ticket Sales Department VIA the HOTLINE at (202) 721-9500 or VIA email at citiopentickets@lagardere-se.com before processing your renewal payment to ensure that you receive your 10% discount price adjustment.
